David A. Surgeon, President and CEO

Mr. Surgeon has been involved in the industry for 27 years. Current duties are administrative. Mr. Surgeon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from LaSalle University.

Dave Berg, Executive Vice President

Mr. Berg has over 24 years of industry experience. Previous positions have included supervisor cable production, materials and safety control coordinator, and vice president. Mr. Berg received a Bachelor of Science degree from Akron University.

James Tober, Vice President Operations

Mr. Tober has over 30 years of industry experience with emphasis on hands-on problem solving and design modification. Previous positions have included plant superintendent and design consultant. Mr. Tober received his education from Ohio State University.

Dave Bauer, Director of Sales

Mr. Bauer has 25 years of technical sales experience in the steel industry including four years with and original equipment manufacturer of furnaces and steel mill equipment and 15 years with Erie Copper Works, Inc. Mr. Bauer earned his degree in Business and Economics at the University of Kentucky.

Ron Finnerty

B.S. and M.S. in Industrial Technology from Kent State University. 27 years experience in industrial/commercial construction and manufacturing design technology.

Pam Cunningham

16 years experience in accounting and auditing. Pam's duties are all aspects of accounting and all secretarial duties.
